offworlder emote fix

small fix for gay moth aunt's offworlder race mod. original mod uses the human emote sprites, but aren't recolored for the offworlder body palette. this patch fixes that.

there's also a small tweak to the dialogue files for fenerox when speaking to them as an offworlder.
