i don't think this is that good as it causes a few prediction errors that seem to come from nothing, i blame garryisms

it also conflicts with other movement mods as it uses https://wiki.facepunch.com/gmod/Player:SetDuckSpeed which some override in their hook

rubat please for the love of god fix this ♥♥♥♥ duck movement is insanely walled off from glua: https://github.com/Facepunch/garrysmod-requests/issues/1403

sv_crouch_stamina
0/1 - Sets whether crouch stamina is enabled or not.
sv_crouch_stamina_slow_movement
0/1 - Slows movement by using crouch stamina.
sv_crouch_stamina_cooldown
0 <--> float - Sets the minimum time players must wait before being allowed to crouch again. Set to 0 for no cooldown.
sv_crouch_stamina_spam_penalty
0 <--> float - Modifies how much stamina is lost when crouching.
