The Mercantile Mary used to be a flourishing hub of agiculture , trade, and commerce. Where its inhabitants went, is anyones guess, but it seems they werent gone long before you find it. While there's clear signs of neglect, most of the equipment is in shockingly good shape, and fair working order.

this island comes with almost every crafting station, a spawn of each food plant and each animal, and multiple rare resources, along with hidden caches of lost or abandoned loot
