Exit 8 puzzle?

Can someone help me with this? I've already got the 3 rare items. Where can I find them and how can I use the code for the tavern adventurer? I also bought everything from the stores, and I'm still missing 2 cards from each category, tokens, posters, and the spinning ones.

How do I see how many inspiration points I have when upgrading food production? I keep eating new and different foods and I keep getting failed attempts to upgrade production speed when I try, but I have nothing to reference to find out why.
