Your game will look quite a bit worse but it feels significantly smoother. I haven't had time to do any testing as I'm off my lunch break but here is what I got.

I just changed all these settings to 1 and changed resolution quality to 80. It seems like at high res (I'm at 3440x1440) the game runs significantly worse even if you have a beefy card (4080 super). Framerates are a little better but game feels soooo much smoother and there is a lot less jitter.
