You may need to fling your pal off the medical cabinet to get them to use it though (not sure if it's a bug, placement issue), literally had a cue of pals with fractures, and they wouldn't use the cabinet just stood there in front of it, eventually I got annoyed and bounced them off it, and lo and behold they used it and went back to work.
