If you want a converter, just use the item spawner mod instead. Theyre both cheats and one doesnt require the mod author to redesign his mod....

I got a lot of .30-06 Rounds and .357 Rounds. Which weapon uses them?

It certainly works. Given then insulting foreign creation of a gun free Kentucky fiction provided by the vanilla settings with max ranged loot, this 8x multiplier results in what would be roughly 1/4 of the realistic firearm distribution in this county.
So in order to hit the mark it seems like 32x labeled as actual or realistic or something like that would make this a chefs kiss.
