Flashbacks and retrospectives.

This replaces the default CS:S Steyr Scout with a silencer included from emrah's mod on L4D1 animations by Nerdie/Uni Cornelius. Uncompatible with remodels and reanimations, sounds included, no icons, retexturable as well.

Same with Silenced Uzi, there's no muzzle flash changed. Let me know if there are any bugs.

@₮Ø₱ I would love to but I'm not experienced enough to make it from scratch, I know that's the zip tie version, and the other one is attached to it, but I have no clue on how to do that sadly.
