i'm too lazy to screenshot every hidden cucumber but you should be able to find 85 cucumbers before you start the parkour section.

the cucumbers are hidden in corners so you gotta make sure to look everywhere for them and if you have 85 before making the first jump you won't have to go back to the starting area
