Overview / Introduction
Hello and welcome. In this guide I will be showing helpful tips with dealing with many things in the video game Lethal Company. These will include:

1. Indoor Map Variants
2. Indoor Entities
3. Outdoor Entities
4. Outdoor Map Variants
5. Using the Rocket Jump

This covers everything in the game, so if you complain then I will ██████████████
With that out of the way, let's just get into it.
Indoor Variants
In Lethal Company there are 4 different indoor maps able to generate.(Though the Mines interior only generates on the Hoxxes IV moon.)

1. The Factory/Facility
This variation typically has relatively spread out loot spawns, though the bulk is usually focused in aptly called 'loot rooms.' They are larger rooms with more loot concentrated in them.
There are also some parkour jumps to watch out for (As shown below)

4. The Hotel
This variation is very linear, having you go through one hundred rooms (with 2 miniboss rooms) collecting scrap along the way. Occasionally the lights will flicker and you will encounter a randomly selected entity. This is also the only variation where Glitch Fragments will spawn.

2. The Backrooms
This variation is much larger than the others and as a result has much more scrap. In this variation your first priority is to escape the backrooms. for a more in-depth guide for this variation make sure to read The Ghost™'s guide about it! https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3007075917

7. The mines
This variation is only present on a single moon, but is determined by most high level players to be the best interior in the game. This interior is also famous for being yearned for by many new players, possibly because of the completely different mechanics that will be covered later in the guide.
Indoor Entites
There are many entities in Lethal company, some who actively try to kill you, some who help you, and some who just want a daddy. Heres a list with some tips on how to deal with them, starting with the indoor entities.

1: Hoarding Bug
Despite it's menacing appearance it is actually one of the nicest entities in the entire game. If you give it scrap. Unless you give it scrap it will start charging you and deal 50 damage per bite. The best way that I have found to deal with it is kill a teammate and give the body as an offering. If you have downloaded an emote mod then a worshiping emote might make it like you more. After the first scrap offering it usually just sits there pondering the trolley problem and leaves you alone.

2.7: Man eater (Laser gun it can spawn with in bottom left of picture.)

The man eater is one of the most powerful entities in the game. Use UTMOST caution when dealing with it. When you see it it will start observing you for about 15-45 seconds. If it does not like what it sees then it will slowly phase through the nearest wall. About 30 seconds after phasing through the wall it will come back with one of it parents (As shown below) and begin stabbing you to death. (One of the parents (Larry) shown below.)

There are two ways to deal with it.
1. Hit it 3 times with a shovel, it won't fight back because it has given up on life.
2. If its parent has already spawned then offer the parent a controlled substance and it will usually leave you alone.

4: Bracken (As shown below.)
The Bracken is one of the most iconic entities in all of Lethal Company, even the family dog has learned to recognize it's gentle touch and breathing patterns. But if you have been living under a rock since 2006 then I will explain it.
The Bracken has 2 phases:
Phase 1: Stalker
Phase 2: Emo
Phase 3: I wanna touch you

In phase 1 it will try to sneak up behind you and touch you. If it succeeds then it will bring upon you the curse of a thousand years. But if you look it in the eyes sternly then it will get the hint and back off. Be careful not to look at it too long or it will immediately enter phase 3.

After meeting eyes with it then it will enter phase 2 and go back to a dark corner of the map to play minecraft with it's buddies and eat ice cream. After it feels emotionally ready for the cruel world that you've shown it, it will enter phase 1 again.

The only way to get it to enter Phase 3 is to look at it too long during phases 1 or 2. What you intended as a stern reprimand could be interpreted as playfully flirtatious and it will close in immediately for physical contact.

The best way to deal with it is to either destroy it's emotional health and hope it cries itself to sleep in a dark corner or buy it an Xbox live subscription to distract it.

2: Fake scrap (can be any of the items shown below.)

This one is especially tricky because it can be many different items. If you go near one you will hear loud rasping/moaning. Avoiding the loud gurgling moaning is the best way to avoid the enemy. But if you happen to be playing while your speakers were thrown out the window by your angry wife and happen to pick it up then it will turn into this.

It is essentially harmless, but take care not to look into its beautiful eyes. If you look into the deep seas of blue then you will be the object of its Scorn, I'm sure you can use your imagination for the rest.
The best way to deal with it is just to avoid it as it is invincible.
Outdoor Entites
I don’t remember any outdoor entities.

Moons
In lethal company there are currently 12 different moons to choose from, some good, and some named Experimentation. For this section I will give the moons a tier, (S being the best, F being the worst) as well as a short description

1. Experimentation (F Tier)

Experimentation is the very first moon that most players load into. It has a small map with the main entrance and fire exit very close to the ship. It's characterized by having the worst scrap table and the least enemies for a low risk low reward play style.
I will know if you play this map.

2. Titan (H Tier)

Probably the second moon most players go to, it has perhaps the smallest outdoor map in the game, as well as a max of 1 outdoor enemy able to spawn.
In stark contrast to the outdoor map, its indoors map has a 6x multiplier, making it the second largest map. It also has a variety of valulable scrap and a large amount of enemies on the inside.

33. Hoxxes IV (S Tier)

One of the only moons in the game to feature a cost associated with traveling to it (¥469,) Hoxxes IV is also unique because instead of finding scrap, you mine ore with a company provided pickaxe. It has no indoor map, only an outdoor one.
The creatures that spawn here are mostly hoarding bugs and hoarding bug variants. This moon is a good one for high quota runs, because there is more ore on this map than scrap in any other map.

17. Planet 4546B (Z Tier)

This is the only other moon that costs you to travel to. (¤329) This moon is pretty much entirely water, so unless you just want to sightsee, it is useless.

5. Adamance (? Tier)

This moon is one of the best, both in terms of scrap selection, and it's outdoor map. The outdoor map is a snowy wasteland, but a short 10 second walk later, and you will be inside of the facility already. The loot table is also fantastic, with plenty of 3, 4, even 5 handed items for you and your crew.
There are quite a few enemies that spawn, but they can be easily avoided if you have even half of a brain cell.
Fun fact: This map was used to film the moon landing!

1. Earth (A Tier)

Yes, the Earth is a playable map in Lethal Company! Specifically the parking lot of a Walmart located somewhere in West Virginia. The outdoor map is usually empty of cars, but more spawn in as the day goes by, helping you to tell the time if the top half of your computer monitor has been incorporated into The Snail.
Though the outside is a Walmart building, the inside is randomly chosen from one of the default maps.(The first time I discovered this I put up a petition to change it to an actual Walmart interior. If you are interested in signing, please do. Just 10 more signatures til we hit the double digits!)
There are no enemies that spawn on this map's outdoors, because the Walmart Parking Lot is a safe place. Also, the scrap is decent I guess.

Conclusion
Congratulations! You've finished the guide!

You should now have a deep, profound, and dare I say, intimate knowledge of the game. Feel free to boot up the game and impress your friends with your knowledge of the different enemies and moons!

Thank you for reading this guide, and good luck in the upcoming apocalypse.
