Complete loc strings for {BETA} Additional Hero Skill

Note: Load this after the original {BETA} Additional Hero Skills mod.

A personal mod that takes the context of the skill effects and skill names and generates all missing skill name and/or description using ChatGPT 4o. This only contains the filled in loc strings that were marked as "PLACEHOLDER" or was missing entirely.

This will resolve all the hero skills from the original mod that have blank skill names and descriptions so it doesn't look out of place in the Skills screen.

If you are wondering about a working load order, I currently have it like this:

1. Expanded Skill Trees Overhaul
2. Additional Hero Skills Compilation Submod
3. {BETA} Additional Hero Skills
4. This submod

Note that I am not actually picking up the abandoned mod as ChopChop's makes it work just fine.

No need for any further updates unless the original mod author comes back.
