Any chance you can add in a slow-down while reloading and running, as well as a chance to fumble and drop your magazine/bullets/gun while attempting to reload while running?

make it so if you try this at a lower reload level or if you have the clumsy trait you have a chance to trip and accidentally shoot yourself in the head

realistically someone with a skill lvl of one in guns wouldn't be able to do this, would be cool if after lvl 6-7 you can start reloading while running
