Ultra Overflow Workaround Components

This adds two higher "tiers" of components that reduce hull/armor/shield by 100% or 1000% and regen by 25% or 100%. This mod is using Null's original artwork which means you have to rely on the tool tips to determine which is which. All files/names were changed to prevent conflicting with Null's original mod so they can both be used at the same time.

Note that the regen in particular is very likely to go into the negatives, so use with caution. Basically if you've filled all your slots with one of Null's original components and are still hitting overflow, try using one of my first tiers instead.
