Welcome back to my second part of my Storage Hunter Simulation walkthrough.

In this guide we will...

- Pay back our Loan.
- Upgrade our tools (fixing tool to Good.... verification tool to Unique). $8,000 each needed or $16000 total.
- Get our second pawnshop Renown / level 20 - West Black Elk.
- Build our renown above 30 in order to be able to purchase our new house and have access to new vehicles.

If you haven't read through my first Tutorial ... then please do so.. some of the ideals are used here but may not be mentioned in this guide.


1. Get your Rare.. Unique and Legendary items verified in lots of 5 or greater... this will give a big boost to your money before getting the tools... and only sell them in your own pawnshop once you purchase it.

2. Use this daily routine....

- Refuel... locksmith.. pawnshop (yours when you get it or the AI's) then atleast 2 auctions.
- If you own your pawnshop then take out any money from your sold items...
- If you do not have your pawnshop yet.. then sell anything that does not need to be verified
- Set aside one day to take your items to be verified until you get your upgraded tools.

3. Forget speed... you can mostly take your time.

4. Always save your game when ending the day.

5. Which ever Pawnshop you sell your items in.. will increase the Renown / Level for that district.. regardless of the district you purchased your items in.

6. You can get a quick boost to your money by selling the furniture in your house... use the 'f' key when inside your house or trailer.

Ok now we will focus on our Level 3 fixing tools and paying back our loan..

- You will need $2500 in order to pay back our loam.

This is our first goal.

1. Remember to start the day with our daily starting Routine..

- Refuel,
- Visit Locksmith if you need to.
- Head to West Black Elk if you need to.. This is the district we will be working on.
- Visit the AI Pawnshop (northern most pawnshop to increase Renown / Level in West Black Elk) and sell any Green items you have.
- If your near your own pawnshop.. take your items there to be sold.. then head to West Black Elk.
- Do 2 Auctions at 'Whats in the Box'


- Get any Unique or Legendary items verified over night.
- If you have more than 5 Rare.. Unique and or Legendary items that need to be sold... then take 1 auction and head back to your own pawnshop to sell then... you will get more money by doing this.
- If you need to make more than one trip.. make the first trip to the local pawn shop to sell your common items and then for the 2nd trip onwards... take back the more expensive items to your pawnshop.

2. Next you will need $8000 for each ($1600 total) for the level 3 tools.

- Do as above until you have both tools.. and remember the whole time your renown / level will be increasing in West Black Elk.

Before going any further... ensure you have both Level 3 tools.

Do more auctions to do this if you still have not completed this part yet.

Ok... I'm assuming you have both level 3 tools now... and you should have your Renown / Level to 20 in West Black Elk.

3. So lets get our 2nd Pawnshop here in West Black Elk.

- You will need $5000 and a Renown / Level of 20 to purchase this shop.
- Do more auctions to buy your shop if you need too.

4. Once you have Purchased your new shop..Enter the pawnshop and mouse over the laptop... press 'E' and on the first page.. check the box to allow 'Automatic Listing by Employee'.

- You will notice that you will have more room in this shop compared to the last one in Blueberry.

5. Now complete 1 more auction so you will have items to list in your shop. (place your items in the store warehouse to the right of your store... the parking spot in yellow.

This will now become the shop you take your items to sell in the Pawnshop and you will not have to drive all over the map.

Essentially this is your new base of operations.

You can sleep in the Motel of a night until we get a new home up here... we won't need to store anything as we can now take our newly verified Legendary items and sell them virtually immediately.

Congratulations on getting your new Pawnshop!!

Now we are going to turn our attentions to doing some Blind Auctions.

Note: You want to have a min of $1500 per Blind Auction.. and you can do a maximum of 4 per day.

6. You can locate The Warehouse where the Blind Auctions are held by looking at the most northern building on the large island.

- Please note that these auctions do not appear in your tablet.. You must go directly to the warehouse to sign up for them.

- Pros: You only get small items.
- Cons: You do not get the bigger items with larger sales.
- Pros: They are faster levelling.

- There are 3 ways to do these..

a. Purely for Renown / Level points... you will only get Face value by selling you items to an AI Pawnshop and very well could end up in a loss if you bid too high.

b. Half and half... split the items into 1. common only (sell to an AI Pawnshop in the district your levelling up) and 2. the rest (sell at your own Pawnshop) .. split these into 2 different boxes. You will end up with a minor profit whilst boosting a small amount of Renown / Level for the chosen District.

c. Purely for money... take it all to your Pawnshop for a massive profit of $4,000 +.

7. Now we are going to start off with doing 1 per day... so our initial number of auctions will change to 1x 'What in the box' + 1x 'Blind auction'. (but if you have the time... do an extra Blind auction.
Just make sure you take the items you sell to your pawnshop or the most northern pawnshop to ensure West Black Elk gets the 'Renown / Level' points.

- We need to complete 200 Blind Auctions from now on over West Black Elk and East Black Elk districts.. and just be aware. you may not make a profit on every Blind auction... so don't worry if you need to take a break from the Blind auctions for a bit to build up money again. (do not let your money drop below $1500)

Do this until you reach Renown / Level 30 before moving on. This will allow you to purchase a new home and possibly upgrading to a new vehicle..

Ok.. I'm assuming you have now reached Renown / Level 30 in West Black Elk after a little bit of an auction grind.

I'd also expect you have completed 10 Blind auctions by now and received an achievement for doing so... congrats!... now keep doing these auctions whilst here in West Black Elk and East Black Elk.. We need to complete a total of 200 Blind Auctions.. I'll explain what to do for East Black Elk in Part 3 of my walkthrough.

8. Ok so i'm a guy.. so the first things i wanted to check out were the vehicles..

The option is yours to make.. either way you will need to do alot of auctions to get one or both of these.
Personally i like the White Box Truck as a possible upgrade... now that i have my shop up here... i don't need the speed of my current truck... i want to be able to get more capacity to complete more auctions.

NOTE : This auto sales yard is the only one on the northern island. Both West Black Elk and East Black Elk use this one.

Choices :
- The White Box Truck or Pierun Truck.. $20,000.
- The Red Chinkal Truck at $45,000.


Now the house is on the left of the map in the West Black Elk District and is $25,000 to buy with a large storage capacity of 60 items at a cost of $1000 per week.


This is the most expensive home to get... Look at the much cheaper option in East Black Elk.

Once again you will have to grind auctions in order to afford this house... I think I'm going to continue using the Motel whilst i do the East Black Elk District.

You can now continue to stay here until your Renown / Level hits 35 so you open up tier 5 auctions.

I would also suggest you stay here whilst your saving for one of the trucks or saving for the House... this way any Renown you get for doing these things will count towards your required 50 Renown / Level.

Otherwise its time to move on to Part 3... East Black Elk.
