1. Go to your (Steam) Library
2. Find Need For Speed Rivals
3. Press the settings icon for Need For Speed Rivals
4. Go to launch options
5. Paste in this command: -Render.ResolutionScale 2.0

Boom! You have now fixed the games anti aliasing issue's. You can change the number from 2.0 to 1.5 if your PC can not handle 2.0 but considering a PS4 can handle the game at 60 FPS and the anti alias at 2.0 I think you'll be just fine.
