This trinket increases the spawn rate for tinted rocks.

If you have the trinket while entering a room for the first time it has a 20% chance to replace one regular rock in the room with a tinted rock.

I'm not sure how 20% is that bad, its like 1-3 more tinted rocks per floor depending on how many rooms there are with rocks in them, and 2% seems really low, did you think it was a 20% chance for each rock? I'll reword the description to make it clearer.

20% is an overkill imo would have been more fair at like 2% to replace a regular rock
