I'm not sure if anyone else needs help on this but I experienced a glitch during the part where Max topples the small tractor-thing over to yank the latch off of the sealed door in the floor of the barn. When she boots it off the side, she glitches underneath the area where the thing is getting kicked off and then when you move to get out of the area to continue playing, Chloe still thinks you're up there, so you're stuck not being able to continue.

What I found that helped was:

When Max does get glitched, DON'T MOVE. Stay in the glitched spot, because once you move you've got to restart your check point again.
Rewind time (while in glitched spot) and tell Chloe to hook the latch thingy to the lock on the floor door. The camera will pan to Chloe doing so and when done with the camera pan, it will pan back to Max in the correct spot upstairs.
To which you can push the tractor off, Max will stay in the same spot without glitching and you can continue on with the story.
