Dr. Albert Wesker was an accomplished virologist notorious for his work with groups affiliated with the bio-weapons black market. Specialized in biotechnology and bioengineering, Wesker was an elite perfectionist individual of absolute coldness, always thinking of the bigger picture.
He saw humankind as inferior with their utter lack of beauty and simplicity, which he responded to by starting to develope the Uroboros virus.
This modified humans into having unbelievable cakes, resulting in it rampaging across the whole world violently, shaking it to the core quite literally.
