Creep is fair, just as all the other bots are (check the tested kill time and recommended weapon strength). Are you not side-stepping the grapple? Are you staying too close, making it easier to get grappled? Are you not jumping to avoid the abyssal spikes? Creep's experiment video gives you everything about how the bot works.
You can fight these bosses without extra health or movement mechanics, but by all means, take advantage of the workshop if you need to.

I'm not doing okay. I've wasted years trying to innovate, and nothing has changed. The TF2 community still worships buff mercs and gay sex while harassing creators over female characters existing. No new bosses have made it to the workshop either.
I don't understand how people can witch-hunt me for over two years and still demand that I keep making free stuff.
Mm hm. Why don't you say that Creep is balanced with a straight face.
