描述
This modifies my earlier cfg mods for regeneration to occur at a slower rate, if you find it trivializes the game. Check the required mods - if you're using the hbs setup, this doesn't apply to that.

Did some further testing, only seems to be an Episode 1 only bug? source engine is weird sometimes

health and shield keeps spawning in even at full health and shield, I'd suggest adding a check for if the player is at 100 hp and 100 ap to prevent spawning but repeating the same cycle
