This step should do the trick alone. Theses tips apply for windows 10 (and should be good for 11 as well).

1) Click on the clock at the right bottom of the screen, a calendar should appear.

2) Click on date and time settings at the bottom.

3) Click the region tab on the left

4) Under the second scrolling (Regional format), choose english (Hong Kong RAS).

5) Launch the game, the problem must be solved!
