UWE Faction Rewritten - Holy Nation Outlaws

Seeing the Hub taken over by this random douche with copy-pasted dialogue from Tengu is infuriating, so I decided to rewrite all of them.

This mod patch makes it so that:

HNO no longer insult and attack players allied with the Holy Nation on sight.

HNO no longer consider books and items related to the Holy Nation illegal.

Removed HNO bounty on Phoenix and the High Inquisitors. Members of the faction will still exclaim if the player carries them around, however.

Added HNO bounty on Buzan, Dimak and White Eyebrow.

Rewrote dialogues for Harenga and Marsha.

Added a new book Concerning Rebirth, to the Hub book vendor list and Harenga's inventory. The book has a chance of spawning in the general shop and the mechanical shop.

Added a new item Chalice of Clemency, given by Harenga if you talk to him while carrying Phoenix.
