Gyro setup guide. Worked on my PS4 controller. I imagine it'll work on most gyro controllers.

Steam input configuration

1. Select Konami Official bindings and go to Edit Layout screen.

Note: Quick settings do not have the desired Gyro configuration.

2. Set gyro behaviour to Gyro To Mouse.

3. Click cog wheel next to gyro behaviour button.

4. Set gyro activation button to first-person-view button, making sure button behaviour is set to Hold to Enable Gyro.

Note: It is sufficient to only adjust the gyro sensitivity slider. I like to have it at 5x.

In-game mouse configuration

5. In the in-game pause menu go to the mouse sensitivity settings. Set Mouse Sensitivity (1st person) to 10 and Mouse Sensitivity (1st person aiming) to fast.

6. Enjoy.

Funny, you set it up exactly I did. This configuration, works the same in mgs3 aswell. Still looking for a way to set this up in mgs4
