I literally already have this written down as a suggestion for the vanilla game at the time of finding this mod, and have wanted this for so long! Thank you very much for making this mod! Now I can have fun with dashes and minecarts :D

@TheLukuro Additional acceleration occurs due to the attraction of the hook. To be honest, I do not know how to remove it.

the acceleration seems really really quick, especially hopping into a mine cart at even standard walking pace with no accessories, any chance it could be lowered or we could get a config? still a great mod tho.
