Life-Saving Strike!
Execute a tackle
After performing a critical strike by hitting an enemy's weak point, press forward to walk into them, swapping places with them and performing a tackle.
The Mask Remover
Execute tackles 25 times

Mastering the Singular Path
Max out a single stat
Reach 70* of any stat by investing points from levelling up and using equipment.


*It seems that the max count is only for you putting levelup points into a stat, it ignores skillup books and gear: I had a lot of +Strength equipment and have found all the skillup books and went to use the statue to reset my stats to get this achievement. It popped at 137, but even after unequipping all my gear, it was at 76. If I recall correctly, the Strength skillup book gives you +6 Strength, so I'm guessing the actual amount of points you need to put into Strength, not accounting for gear and skillup books is 70.
Rotten Wood
Defeat the Giant Weak Man
The Giant Weak Man is found on Floor 1. Take the key from the altar to remove the gate.

Just like with all the other rotten wood mask wearers, he is rather weak and his weakpoint is just hitting his face.

Obedient
Defeat the giant deer man
The Giant Deer Man is fought on Floor 2 once you unlock the 9 gates keeping you from ascending to Floor 2.
This is a rather tough fight so early in the game. He has a long range with his speak so prepare at least two shields and play defensive. Try to hit him on his weak point (nose?) to stagger him then walk into him to perform a tackle for additional damage.
Vanity
Defeat the giant bluffing man
Just like his regular counterpart, his weakpoint is his nose.

Defeat the giant ghost man

Sadness
Defeat the giant hero man
Just like his regular counterpart, his weakpoints are his eyes that he occasionally closes to protect them from damage.

He is found on Floor 5 by jumping down in a trapdoor from Floor 6 in the Southernmost part of the level.

Lie
Defeat the giant lying man
Just like his regular counterpart, his weakness is his mouth. He is found on Floor 3, after jumping through a trapdoor from Floor 4 in the South.

Dead Man
Defeat the Giant Dead Man
Just like his regular counterpart, his weakness is the golden fly in the swarm he summons.

The Giant Dead Man is found in the Southernmost side of Floor 7:

Defeat the giant silent man
The giant silent man is found on Floor 9, accessed from Floor 8.
Clown
Defeat the Giant Clown Man

Bird Lover
Kill a nimble bird
In the South-Eastern corner of Floor 5, there is a room with statues of a goddess of music. Play the lute in front of the two statues of her and then in front of the elephant to open the hidden room with the bird that drops healing potions.
God's Grace
Find the Modified Handgun
Devil's Grace
Find the Shotgun
In the Northern part of the map that is accessible from Floor 7 near the 12 pressure plates, half the room is covered with teleporters. Stepping into the teleporters is part of the puzzle. Start with stepping into the one on the left from the Save Statue.
Wisdom
Walk the path of wisdom
Found in the North-Western part of Floor 9, accessible from Floor 8. This puzzle involves completing a puzzle of pulling several levers to switch the position of statues that, if you walk in front of, will reset the puzzle.
Greed
Walk the path of greed
Found in the Southernmost part of Floor 9, accessible from Floor 8. Be prepared for a surprise fight with many enemies at the end!
Tyranny
Walk the path of tyranny
Complete the gauntlet of enemies and fire projectiles in the North-Eastern corner of Floor 9, accessible from Floor 8.
Imbued One with Strong Will
Find the tale of hero
Loot the book dropped after defeating the Giant Hero Man.
Truth or Deception
Enter the vault

Find skull of guru

Do you know where the lying man is i check going to the trapdoor in the south of floor 4 into 3 but don't see him? + I'm not sure where the skull of guru is?

Thanks for the clarification! I really wish I had just screenshotted all the giant enemies, I really dont remember where I found them. I corrected the map, hopefully it's right this time!

Giant Lying Man is at Floor3, located toward the top of the map, not the bottom.

Yes.
Giant Hero is found on level 5 if you jump down in the middle-bottom hole from level 6. Bring your gun with ya, it's easy to shot him down.
