Opis
Disables preloading of materials and models.

For heavily modded worlds vastly reduces the amount of video memory and loading time required in most situations at the cost of small lag spikes when new models come into view.

This is needed for sure if your server is using any of Wolfs old variety floors and tiles fixed all the odd texture issues after the update Thanks was a bit worried for a few minutes
