Appraisal Skill [Fork]

A continuation of NalathniDragon's mod that broke after 1.0, this adds a skill under Customs and Folklore that allows you to gague the price of things given your current bartering capability, as well as value per pound.

In theory this is compatible with saves that used NalathniDragon's version, though I highly doubt those saves are compatible with 1.0 in the first place.

Safe to add mid-playthrough, but removing it afterwards will likely result in both a broken save and heart.

Should NalathniDragon wish for me to take this down, I'll happily do so. The source code is also free for them to use, if they want. I added like 8 characters total, it was a really simple fix.
