Syrian Civil War 2024

This is a small campaign mod based on the ongoing Syrian Civil War, set on December 1, 2024. The situation in Syria is constantly changing, so this mod isn’t perfectly accurate, it’s more like a snapshot of the conflict at this point in time. As the weeks go by, things will likely evolve further or even end, but I hope this gives an interesting look at the war as it stands.

Playable Factions:

Syrian Government: Fight to reclaim lost territories and restore Assad’s control over a divided nation.
Rojava (SDF): Defend your hard-earned autonomy and strive for equality in a region surrounded by threats.
Syrian Interim Government (SNA): With Turkey's support (not included in this mod), push forward in northern Syria and expand your influence.
Syrian Salvation Government (HTS): Solidify your control of Idlib, fend off rivals, and maintain your extremist vision for the region.
Syrian Free Army: A small, scrappy faction fighting to stay relevant in the harsh desert landscape.
Islamic State: Regroup, strike from the shadows, and attempt to rebuild the Caliphate from the ruins.

I’ve done my best to make it as accurate as possible, but this is just a mod made for fun and a personal attempt, so there may be some mistakes. I hope you enjoy it!
