basically get into the kitchen and open the cabinets till you find the lock pick. neighbor might be roaming and might catch you so be cautious. then unlock the shed behind the neighbors house and grab the wrench. (might wanna grab rifle too btw.) and you obviously have to unlock the ladder. grab the crowbar off the atenna. then you want to jump into the hole in the roof to grab the keycard. break the window and run to your house. when the neighbor goes back to idle run back in. take the board off the door. use the keycard then sprint the hell down the stairs and finish the game.
