at 30+ monstrous specials spawn every 120 to 200 seconds with a 20% chance to replace a special with a max of 2, once you have 2 it becomes 550 to 600 second break. 16+ makes it 250 to 330 seconds. rest the same
twins are added in the form of lieutenants, they have a spawn system similar to rituals, so if you see a ritual start its slow tick, thats also when you would have gotten twins to spawn

Is it 1% to 10% + (1% X Havoc_Rank) Ranged damage resistance. If that's the case wouldn't the higher you go up, the more ranged damage resistance there is? Sorry just wanted some clarity on this.
