This effects the AI and Player/s.

Reduces Ogre camp buildings construction time to 1.
(This includes the camp settlement and minor buildings.)

(only ogre camp buildings only!...only!!!)

I made this as i couldn't reduce the build times via player only effects for my 1 turn mod. This changes the building levels tables and may cause a conflict with overhauls and other mods that touch the ogre camp buildings.

Currently Bugged due to the ogre's camp rework after omens of destruction, My camp upgrades and construction is all gold and not MEAT based. Playing as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Maneater. i am unsure how to fix this
