Orion and NERVA drives are 1960 and 1970s projects that were completely abandoned before the 80s. The X-Ray laser was proposed for SDI but never worked/tested and exofighters (another 1960s concept) were sent to the trash when the Space Shuttle was developed in the 1970s.
Will be fixed for next version.

In vTINationTemplate.en you have the following entries:
TINationTemplate.unionDisplayName.RUS=Soviet Union
TINationTemplate.unionDisplayNameWithArticle.RUS=the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics
TINationTemplate.unionAdjective.RUS=Soviet
TINationTemplate.unionDisplayNameWithArticlePrep.RUS=in the Soviet Union
It should be considered a Federation/Union, try checking and changing the name of the Federation.
