Disable diplomacy camera auto focus

Opis
This mod disables camera auto-focus during diplomacy.

Known issues:
- The camera may still move slightly.

Tips:
- Click on faction's banner in the diplomacy right panel to focus on them.

The only little improvement I would like to see could be to work also on the outpost panel as well :)

@Thuynder I'm getting the same error. I think it's because the script tries to disable camera auto-focus before the diplomacy screen is open. It's a timing issue in the script, I think.

It doesnt seem to work anymore with the recent update. Am I alone ?

if not everyone has this error, im guessing "core:get_ui_root()" is returning null only in some cases, i.e. long loadup times.
