The Orders Militant (Sisters of Battle) of the Adepta Sororitas
form the military arm of the Adeptus Ministorum (Ecclesiarchy) and
also serve as the Chamber Militant of the Ordo Hereticus (Witchhunters).

This guide aims to re-create a Sister of Battle from the Order of Our Martyred Lady,
loosely based on their appearance in 'Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Soulstorm'.

This is the Sister of Battle look we're aiming for.
Of course, we'll have to work with the options
the game provides us with. Which are... well,
quite a few, honestly. The latest shop rotation
(21st November) added a fitting accessory into
our cosmetic arsenal. It is rather pricy though.
Keep that in mind and only invest the amount
of money you're comfortable with and consider
your amount of (play)time in the game as well.

Accumulated costs for mentioned cosmetics:

3200 Aquilas (Gear, considered mandatory) and 1100 Aquilas (Weapons, considered optional).

Hair Styles

Choose one, but the iconic Sister of Battle hair style is available. If you want to go the extra mile, choose grey/white hair color. This is based on events in the Order of Our Martyred Lady's history.


Facial Hair

None, meaning no eyebrows.

Upper Body

Pious Warrior's Armour - (1400 Aquilas)

While mostly ceremonial, this toughened plasteel armour
still provides some protection from enemy fire and blades
alike.


Lower Body

"Shadow Sanctum" Crusader Garb - (700 Aquilas)

In pursuit of stealthier attire, even the armour plates have
been blackened with soot. This requires regular
maintenance, and so, ironically, replaces the usual rituals
of polishing that many Crusaders will spend hours doing.


Accessory

Power Regulator Backpack - (1100 Aquilas)

This backpack is packed with unkowable mechanisms
and devices to help regulate the various systems found in
power armour. Not sure what you're going to do with it.

Bolt Pistol

Magistratum Bolt Pistol (Blessed) - (700 Aquilas)

Facing the business end of a bolt pistol would make even
the toughest criminal rethink their life choices. But when
the pistol is festooned with purity seals and is wielded by a
captain of Magstratum (sic) enforcers of Tertium, even a
heretic of the ruinous powers would hesitate.


Purgation Flamer

Blessed Crucis Flamer - (400 Aquilas)

Many sects that venerate Saint Messelina believe in the
purifying powers of flame. Particulary when administered
to those who have fallen from the Emperor's light.

Fire Wastes Camo - (20,000 Ordo Dockets)

A once-common design employed by Astra Militarum
regiments who earned battle honours exterminating the
renegade Space Marines known as the Black Reavers. Few
such regiments have survived the decades since... almost
as if they've been targeted by some outside force.

Rosette Inquisitorius - (Reward for Level 30)

Currently bugged on the Fire Wastes Camo Bolt Pistol.
Not recommended for any of the Chainswords, because of very annoying clipping issues.

Immolation Grenade

Throw a grenade that leaves a layer of
flaming liquid, Burning and Staggering
enemies, and barring their path. Most
effective against Unarmoured enemies.


Aura

Beacon of Purity

Heal 1.5 Corruption from the current
Wound for you and you Allies in Coherency
every 1s.


Ability

Chorus of Spiritual Fortitude

Wield a holy relic that releases pulses
of energy every 0.8s. While
channeling, Allies in Coherency have
Stun Immunity and Invunerability.

Each pulse Replenishes 45%
Toughness to Allies in Coherency. If
the Ally is at full Toughness they
instead gain +15 Max Toughness up to
a total of +75.

Each pulse also Staggers & Surpresses
Enemies. Range increases with every
pulse.

60s Base Cooldown.
