Weapon Sound Fixes & Changes

Fixes various sound bugs related to NPC weapons and changes certain sounds to match between player and NPC.

NOTE: THIS MOD MODIFIES SCRIPTS/GAME_SOUNDS_WEAPONS.TXT IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT IT'S FIXES, PLEASE MAKE SURE NO OTHER MOD CONFLICTS IF THIS ONE ISN'T WORKING!!!

The biggest change is that certain NPC weapons that were broken before are now properly spatialized, meaning they get quieter as the player steps away from them, and some NPC gunfire that didn't use to have distant-firing sounds actually does now.

This is most noticeable on Combine Soldiers with shotguns, for example.

Other changes:

- The player pistol firing sounds have been altered to match the NPC firing sounds.

- The AR2 firing sound for both players and NPCs has been altered into an edited mix between the two to make them easier to match, the emplacement guns have been changed to use this sound as well.

- NPCs now use the proper pistol reload sound with spatialization.

- NPCs now use the proper AR2 mechanical reload and alt-fire sound with spatialization.

- NPCs firing sounds for SMGs has been adjusted for better clarity at a distance.
