Half-Life Alyx Combine Screen (Water Hazard)

This mod replaces the animated texture of the screen found on one of the buildings in Water Hazard, changing it from a distorted broadcast of Breen to an animation of the Combine Logo found on similar screens in Half-Life Alyx. It also adds transparency to the material, making it look more like a holographic screen, similar to all the others.
