Masked Barney Voice Consistency "Fix"

This mod replaces the masked voicelines for Barney Calhoun which were from a time when the filter used for the Metrocops sounded different from the ones we have now. Just like my other Metrocop voice consistency fix mod, this uses Dr_Al_'s filter to replicate the final game's filter.

Unfortunately since the 2003 leak never contained the raw unfiltered versions of Barney's masked voicelines I had to redub it with my own voice instead. I hope I did a decent enough job at sounding like the final game's Metrocops.

This was mostly made because of another mod on here that does the same except it used AI and I wanted to provide a version for people who are against the use of it, as well as just a fun thing for me to do. I hope you guys enjoy!
