Progress like normal through about halfway through the level until you come up on the 4th laptop then head up the ladder where one of the agents was standing.
Then just head along the wood so that you end up behind the chain link fence.

Turn to your right and boom there are the 2 nerds that have been hiding from you! (Also one of the satellites you need for the next objective is here)
