For this you will need:
A jet pack (Preferably the red one, or the fly one)
The Vacuum Cleaner
Crown Gamemode

First you will need to activate weapons with the activate weapons button.
You will also need a jetpack, I would recommend the normal red one or the fly one.

After this you will need to grab the vacuum cleaner which can be found to the left of the start game door, in an Amazing delivery box, just press F to bash it.

Holster the vacuum and go outside, find a weapon spawner and grab a weapon which we will use to shoot the frogs.

Next you will need to fly up ontop of the frog court building and grab the crown. This activates the Crown mode, which will make all frogs in a certain radius follow the crown.

What I do first with it is fly up and down the street to the right of the court (Right to when facing the court), to attract all the frogs.

You will then need to fly ontop of the building near to the gate, with the two billboards on it. What I do here is make myself trip to drop the crown, you can do this by using a weapon on the ground or a barrel for example.

The crown will hopefully stay on the roof, and any frogs in the near vicinity should rush to the building and run into the wall.

Now with a weapon of choice (I choose deagle cause it can 1 shot), you can spam kill the frogs, then vacuum up the cash with the vacuum.

If the bodies build up, you can use the vacuum to move the skeletons onto the road.
I also noticed (Might just be my computer) that after a while the frogs spawn less, so once this happens I just restart the map and do this again.

This varies between luck and frogs, but after about an hr of using this I got about 30-50K Frog Pounds.
This is so much faster than the old way I would do it, which would be running around with a pistol.

Some tips I can also give is that Trump frog and frogs in suits drop lots of cash too. But not always.
