1. Open up GD (skip this if its open)

2. Open up the settings and choose Graphics.

3. If it's on fullscreen, disable borderless.

4. After that, go to Advanced, open up Vertical Sync and Unlock FPS.

5. Set the FPS to your refresh rate and press Apply.
(if you don't know how press WIN+I, click System option, click Advanced display settings, click Display adapter properties. On the popup window, click Monitor tab.)

6. Go back to the fullscreen settings and also press Apply on that too.

This is for people that don't have NVIDIA.

If you use NVIDIA as your GPU, try these steps

1. Right click on your desktop and click Nvidia Control Panel. (If you use Windows 11, Click "show more options".)

2. When it's open, find "Manage 3D Settings" in the left bar.

3. Click "Program Settings". Click the dropdown menu and find Geometry Dash.

4. (not required) If you have Input Delay, find Low Latency Mode from the window and make the option Ultra.

5. Find "Triple Buffering" and set it to On.

6. Find "Vertical Sync" and set it to On.
