All of the following shop item prices are based on an 81% satisfaction rating on individual items. Items marked with a * vary in satisfaction based on the month and weather - for example, when it is hot, you can charge more for milkshakes and ice cream, and when it rains, guests will pay much more for umbrellas. These prices will guarantee that guests gain the maximum amount of satisfaction from your shops and stalls, and you gain as much money as you can per sale.

Most of these prices will be higher than the default, though a few will be lower. It is recommended to use the "sync all shops of this type" checkbox if you plan to have multiple of a shop or stall in your park (which you will).
