Circenn more historical banner (no modern Scotland flag)

Changes the banner from the modern Scottish flag to look more medieval, like a blue version of the medieval Scottish flag. Based ENTIRELY off of the 'Medieval Style Flags' mod here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1606070773&searchtext=medieval.

This mod can be safely switched out in the middle of your campaign if you want to "upgrade" Circenn to Alba.

UPDATE - In continuity with the update for my Alba mods coorisponding to this mod, the one region faction Brechinauc starting in a minor settlement in southern Wales now has the vanilla Circenn blue. For this mod since Circenn is still blue, it shouldn't be a problem as Brechinauc is probably the most vulnerable faction in the game and will likely be dead in a few turns anyway, and it's very far from Scotland. Them not getting killed off and instead getting big, therefore having two factions with the same colour, is a 1/100 shot. Also in continuity with the Alba mods, Northleode has Brechinauc's yellow, because Alba in the other mods has Northleode's yellow. If you "upgrade" Circenn to Alba, I don't want there to be a jarring change in the type of yellow that Northelode has.
