I read forum and found that you can get achievement via 3 way:
1) Go into tornado
2) Use glitch on speed level
3) Tsunami level: the water should push your bus

I tried all ways. I tried ~30 times with "Tornado", but no success. I tried with Tsunami also without success. But second method really works!

With glitch also not easy to get "Speed" achievement, but you can do it! Just try again and again.

From 4:40. Repeat same. And after ~10 tries you will got it.
