Anyone who looks at turned-off Combine Interfaces can notice the strange, unfitting texture that replaces the glowing display of the turned-off interface.
It's a squished reused texture of the turned-off Combine Monitor.

With this fix, the three models of Combine Interfaces gain a proper Off skin that uses a more fitting texture, plus another skin that also turns off their glowing elements entirely.

The fix includes changed combine_interface001, 002, 003 models, plus breenconsole, plus combine_monitor_temp with turned-off skin, from the folder Combine_room.
