Adds a moth governor named Conitrias Connie who changes depending on your kindness or cruelty. Themed around magic but for entire populations, relating to other arcane arts such as alchemy and study - or blood and sacrifice, if you choose darker paths ahead.

You can find them by doing research related to Suspendium, such as Scientific Method or Suspendium Projection.
