Behold! A character overhaul that still aims to be faithful to the style of hl2.

Mod incudes tweaked phong, normal maps, a few higher res facemaps, brand new eye textures that utilize the eyerefract shader as shown in later source games, and a more realistic lightwarp.

This covers almost every major character except for the citizens and rebels.
