Increased Ammo Capacity

Increases ammo capacity. Mostly doubles each weapon's ammo capacity, but some have a slightly edited capacity to work with both the vanilla game and a mod I'm working on that adjusts magazine sizes to have the real weapon's magazine sizes. These changes may be unbalanced, but I've always felt the ammo capacity was too low so ye.

This mod will conflict with any mods that change hl2\cfg\skill.cfg

Capacity Changes:
Pistol: 150 -> 300
Revolver: 12 -> 54
SMG: 225 -> 360
Shotgun: 30 -> 120
Crossbow: 10 -> 20
Pulse Rifle: 60 -> 180
Pulse Rilfe Alt Fire: 3 -> 6
SMG Grenades: 3 -> 6
Grenades: 5 -> 10
RPG: 3 -> 6
