As a Stoßtruppen your goal is to clear the trenches.
Thats one of the reasons your only armed with a spade & Luger ,For close combat.
The nco has a rifle so he can provide covering fire so that his 3 squad members can move up to the enemy trenches.
The Waffenspezialist is armed with either a rifle or an MP18i ,To aid his squadmembers in the heat of battle.

As a Stoßtruppen Communication is key ,Communicate with your nco over were & when hes gonna deploy gas.

Gas is your squads deadliest weapon.

So the round begins ,after a quick chat with the nco your squad has decided where to deploy gas.
The squad members get as close to the enemy trenches as possible(without dying,Know the limits of your class!) ,already equiping their gasmask before the gas shells hit the ground.

The shells hit,The enemy is paranoid ,They know that they will die if they dont put on their gasmask fast.
THIS IS YOUR MOMENT!
As the enemy rushes to put their gasmasks on ,Your squadmates rush inside the gas filled trenches & wack,shoot,explode anything you can think of out of everyone in that trench.
Because in that small time span,YOU have the unfair advantage.

After playing a full match or two and you experienced a gas attack you will notice if you get into the gas for a few seconds, your vision is instantly a bit blurred & that remains for a while before it dissapears & as a bonus ,allot of players will instantly equip there gas mask if they come in contact ,blocking their vision even more & making them unable to attack.

If this all is done just right, Its gamechanging.
The rush you get when clearing a trench with 12 enemies with your 2 squad members is epic.
Ive experienced 2 succesfull raids like this by now while i was playing & i can guarantee that it will really improve your kills ,team points & gaming experience in general when playing as the Stoßtruppen.
Remember: Teamwork & communication is essential.
