Aspen is a Freeze Tag map set along a road piercing through mountainous wilderness coated in golden colors by the setting sun and rustling leaves. A modern high-tech concrete behemoth of a building looms over the landscape, and that's what the mercs have set their sights on. The building's existence isn't a secret, but whatever paperwork is or isn't being done in those sleek offices interests both RED and BLU, so pack your hiking gear... or a suit and a tie? It's your call as long as you secure the site.

But what is Freeze Tag? It's Arena mode, but when a player would normally die, they are instead frozen solid. Their team can thaw them out by standing near them, but watch out, as enemies can block thawing just like a control point. A team wins when all of the enemy players are frozen, or if they capture the control point that opens up after a map's given time.

Freeze Tag's take on the Arena formula aims to provide more of a “back and forth” than a standard Arena game normally would, as allowing players the ability to bring their teammates back from the dead gives them more sway over the outcome of a match.
Should they push in and stop an enemy from thawing out a teammate, or should they retreat and find some teammates of their own to thaw out to turn the tide of battle in their favour?
