It bothered me that the other cannon targeting fix was using outdated vanilla values for the projectiles, so I fixed it. Also made bomb abilities, like Gunnery Wight's Pyromaniac, etc. target center mass since he tends to throw grenades to a spot no one is in (the opposite problem form vanilla cannons).

As opposed to the cannon targeting fix, I kept vanilla SEMs targeting the center, since in general they tend to do more DPS when splashing the center. No risk of overdamage because by the time they reload the unit should have reformed.

Makes cannon units with multiple cannon pieces target individual targets, spreading out damage instead of all firing at the same target, wasting damage and ammo.

If the other mod updates the values I will probably remove the cannon changes and keep the bomb throwing changes. I searched for other bombs abilities that didn't target center mass but couldn't find others, let me know if that isn't the case.

I 100% know this mod worked before tides of torment, i could clearly see canon fire spread out, now with the exact same load order I dont see the difference between vanilla and having the mod enabled, Is the mod outdated or do I have to look for another mod potentially causing problems?

Its definitely a learning process, there are a lot of resources out there for getting started.

There's a lot of info hidden under the hood that explain things the game doesnt tell you.

@HotPizza87 No, this is a hard coded/engine issue with fire and move. I made a bug report [community.creative-assembly.com] 7 months ago so it's doubtful it will be fixed.

You could upvote or make another bug report and hope it will be fixed, but I doubt it.

Idk check on rpfm. If it edits projectiles_tables, specifically any artillery specific projectile (cannon balls, wight abilities, etc.) then it will not be compatible and you will need to merge changes.
